Blueberry Protein Breakfast BakeĀ 

I used to skip breakfast… now IĀ craveĀ it. This creamy, baked blueberry cup is packed withĀ 47g of protein, keeps me full for hours, and tastes like dessert. Easy, nourishing, and perfect for busy mornings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (high-protein)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oats (or oat flour)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
